First Steps
Well... today I took my first REAL steps on my Health Trek.
I have not drunk soda (pop) since Jan 1st.
No way am I giving up coffee. Lesser of two evils, right?
Anyway, today Betsy and I went to the YMCA.
We figured, we're paying, we had better get use of it.
But, it was GREAT!! 10 min on elliptical.
Then a total body workout (3 sets on each machine).
Then 6 min on rowing machine and 5 min walking on treadmill.
After that.... 12 minutes in the HOT TUB!!
The hot tub felt FANTABULOUS!!!
It feels good to stretch in the hot tub after a work out.
The plan is to do either Yoga or Tai Chi tonight at work.
Then, Betsy and I are going to meet tomorrow morning
at the YMCA.
I am not sure how often I will be able to post.
I will try for once a week.
It is difficult to figure out a good workout
schedule working third shift.
Any ideas?
